Cancellation Policy:

For cancellations made prior to June 1, 2010, all registration fees will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee. This helps cover the costs of processing the online registration and credit card processing fees. Between June 2 and up to one week before camp begins, 50% of registration fees will be refunded. In the case of a camper that is unable to attend due to illness or accident, exceptions may be made. Cybercamp reserves the right to change locations or theme weeks due to unforeseen circumstances.
